This User Agreement is a contract between Nubis Innovations Inc. (hereinafter "Nubis") and the user (hereinafter "the User") of Nubis website. By using the said website, the User accepts the terms of use.

In consideration of the acceptance and respect of the following clauses and the payment of sums due, Nubis grants the User a license to use the website Nubis.

Nubis reserves the right to revoke this license without notice of use and block access to its website if the User violates any provision of this contract or uses this site fraudulently; this, without prejudice to its other rights and remedies.


Although Nubis uses the best industry practices to secure all data transmissions as well as their encryption, the User is aware of the limitations of Internet security and that it is never absolute.

The User agrees to take all safety precautions measures such as to preserve its confidential access codes and disconnect from the web site when leaving their workstation.


Nubis reserves the right to modify this User Agreement at any time and without notification to the User.

The Nubis website may also be subject to version changes or revisions that are published as needed and may require disconnection of users. Some features may then change, be modified or withdrawn. Wherever possible, this publication will take place outside peak hours to minimize downtime.


Nubis accepts no responsibility for any impact resulting from the downtime caused by the publication of a new version / revision or for any other reason such as interruption of the Internet connection or equipment failure.

The User, hereby, releases Nubis from any liability and prosecution for the results achieved using the website or, in the process to achieve these results, such as a change in a functionality. Nubis cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from the use of the website, even if Nubis has been advised of such damages.

Any information on this website is provided as is by Nubis. Nubis makes no warranty as to its reliability, accuracy or as to the absence of errors and downtime.

The User acknowledges having the necessary competence and for taking appropriate measures in order to be able to validate the results of the use of the website Nubis and he takes full responsibility.

Although Nubis uses standard industry practices to safeguard data of Nubis. The User acknowledges that he has printed and kept in a safe place the Web pages resulting from its use of Nubis and this printing is to be considered a backup of User's data. The User also acknowledges that he is fully satisfied with this backup.


The User agrees to use the Nubis website solely for the use of his company and that he cannot modify or reproduce, in whole or in part, nor assign or transfer its license. The User will not act to interfere with site operations.

Sites and external documents

Some documents from entities outside Nubis and some hyperlinks to external sites are present on the website Nubis. The User acknowledges that Nubis does not endorse and has no control over the content or accuracy of these external properties of independent third parties. Nubis will not be held responsible for the use of such external elements.

Technical assistance

Technical assistance, by the a team of skilled resources, is included in the subscription to the Nubis website. Technical support, via telephone and email, is included. Response times vary depending on traffic. Interventions are performed according to the first come, first served basis.


At the end of the subscription to Nubis website, the website access is revoked and therefore, the User must ensure to print all reports as may be potentially required thereafter.


The contract between the visitor and Nubis (and the User) of this website is governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. The parties agree to elect domicile in the judicial district of Laval, Quebec, Canada and select it as the appropriate district for the hearing of any proceeding or action arising under this agreement.
