Context
This User Agreement is a contract between Nubis Innovations Inc. (hereinafter "Nubis") and the user (hereinafter "the User") of Nubis website. By using the said website, the User accepts the terms of use.
In consideration of the acceptance and respect of the following clauses and the payment of sums due, Nubis grants the User a license to use the website Nubis.
Nubis reserves the right to revoke this license without notice of use and block access to its website if the User violates any provision of this contract or uses this site fraudulently; this, without prejudice to its other rights and remedies.

Although Nubis uses the best industry practices to secure all data transmissions as well as their encryption, the User is aware of the limitations of Internet security and that it is never absolute.

The User acknowledges that he has printed and kept in a safe place the Web pages resulting from its use of Nubis and this printing is to be considered a backup of User's data. Royalties
The User agrees to use the Nubis website solely for the use of his company and that he cannot modify or reproduce, in whole or in part, nor assign or transfer its license. The User will not act to interfere with site operations.

The User acknowledges that Nubis does not endorse and has no control over the content or accuracy of these external properties of independent third parties. Technical assistance
Technical assistance, by the a team of skilled resources, is included in the subscription to the Nubis website. Technical support, via telephone and email, is included. Response times vary depending on traffic. Interventions are performed according to the first come, first served basis.
Termination
At the end of the subscription to Nubis website, the website access is revoked and therefore, the User must ensure to print all reports as may be potentially required thereafter.
Jurisdiction
The contract between the visitor and Nubis (and the User) of this website is governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. The parties agree to elect domicile in the judicial district of Laval, Quebec, Canada and select it as the appropriate district for the hearing of any proceeding or action arising under this agreement.
